What we collect

If you place an order, Stripe collects your name, billing address, shipping address, email, and payment details to process the payment. We do not store your card details on our servers.

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address with Resend so we can email you about new harvests. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.

How we use it

Order data is used only to fulfil your order and to comply with our legal obligations (tax records). Newsletter data is used only to notify you about new oil.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the ICO. Email hello@lalupaolio.com to make any of these requests.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), Resend (newsletter), Vercel (site hosting), and Royal Mail (shipping) process limited data on our behalf. None of them sell or use your data for advertising.
