Orders & payment

Payment is taken at checkout by bank transfer or cash payment. No shipping costs incur for London deliveries.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom by Royal Mail tracked. Orders are usually dispatched within three working days.

Cancellation & returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel. To cancel, email hello@lalupaolio.com. Goods must be returned unopened and in original condition. Perishable goods that have been opened are excluded from this right.

Allergens

Our oil is single-ingredient (olives). It is produced in a facility in Italy that handles olives only. If you have specific dietary concerns please contact us before ordering.
